Job Summary
As an Onsite IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for IT support, directly assisting users with hardware and software issues. Your day-to-day will involve installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment, performing rapid troubleshooting, and collaborating closely with 2nd Level Support and other IT teams to ensure smooth operations. This role also includes documenting solutions, creating user guides, and supporting various IT projects and rollouts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, particularly onsite, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive, service-oriented approach to problem-solving.
