Job Summary

This role is for an experienced professional to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Biberach, Germany, focusing on critical compliance activities. As a Senior Compliance Specialist, you will primarily act as a Lead Investigator, independently managing and resolving discrepancies such as deviations, Out of Expectation/Specification (OOX), and other events across various operational units. You will lead and participate in cross-functional compliance projects and independently handle diverse GMP-related issues, including creating risk analyses and conducting GMP training. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for 2-3 days of remote work after an initial on-site onboarding.
