Job Summary

The successful candidate will join an international mechanical engineering group in Winterthur, taking on a crucial role in maintaining the company's ICT infrastructure. This versatile position focuses on delivering essential 1st and 2nd level technical support to internal staff, requiring fluency in German and proficiency in English. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting incidents, logging tickets, coordinating complex issues with 3rd level support and engineering teams, and managing user access, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding processes (mutations). You will be integral to ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operations across the entire IT landscape. This role is highly varied, offering participation in key projects such as process optimization, system migrations, and rollouts.
