Job Summary

This role is for a part-time working student to join the IT Service Desk team, playing a crucial part in ensuring the stability of the European financial system. Day-to-day, you will be involved in Identity and Access Management, supporting the resolution and coordination of IT disruptions between users, IT departments, and specialist units. You'll actively contribute to ongoing projects, optimize knowledge management processes, and maintain documentation for IT automation and self-help solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and varied IT environment, contributing to the digitalization efforts of a significant financial institution. It's ideal for students with a strong interest in IT, offering flexible working hours to accommodate academic commitments.

Required Skills

Education

Currently enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student, preferably in (Business) Informatics, Information Technology, or an IT-focused subject, with at least one year remaining in studies. Must be fully matriculated and not on a sabbatical semester or beyond the 25th subject semester.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support or service desk environment is beneficial but not explicitly required.
  • Experience with IT solutions and automation is a plus.
