Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for internal users, providing essential support for IT systems and applications. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting, installing hardware and software, managing IT inventory, and meticulously logging all activities in the helpdesk system. You will also be responsible for managing access rights, ensuring logical access protection, and conducting workplace audits. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, a quick grasp of new concepts, and a keen interest in digital innovation. You will play a crucial role in maintaining system availability and data security within a renowned banking environment.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration (with IT focus) is desirable
Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar IT support role
- Professional experience with IT systems and applications
Languages
Additional
- Temporary contract until December 31, 2025. Willingness to participate in on-call duty or on-site presence on Saturdays (currently 9 AM - 2 PM) on a rotational basis. Interest in innovative digital topics. Ability to explain new concepts clearly and understandably.
