Job Summary

This leadership role involves the comprehensive technical and organizational management of an environmental analytics laboratory, overseeing approximately 100 employees across sample reception, general analytics, and special analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for steering all laboratory processes, from planning and analysis to result approval, while also leading and developing the teams in close collaboration with the management. A key focus will be on optimizing existing workflows, ensuring strict adherence to accreditation standards, and managing laboratory equipment, including investment planning and technical advancements. The position also serves as a crucial interface between the laboratory, office, sales, and executive management, offering a significant opportunity to influence operations and contribute to the company's growth in environmental analysis.
