Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist in Berlin who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and isn't confined to a desk. You will be a key part of a team, addressing daily IT concerns for a well-established company. The position involves installing and configuring hardware, setting up new workstations, providing discreet support to VIP clients, and resolving issues related to Microsoft Office and Windows 10. Key responsibilities also include configuring Active Directory and SAP GUI, setting up Wi-Fi and network printers, managing hardware relocations, and maintaining IT documentation. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a stable work environment with clear decision-making processes and modern work tools. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, at least two years of experience in IT support, and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Active Directory, and SAP GUI.
