Job Summary

The IT Operations and Service Manager takes operational responsibility for all IT services within Generali. This critical role involves steering both internal and external service providers, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements, and guaranteeing that all services maintain high levels of reliability, security, and performance. Day-to-day tasks include leading vendor coordination, managing escalation procedures, overseeing the service budget, and conducting regular service review meetings. The manager is responsible for defining and tracking improvement measures and generating essential financial, KPI, and SLA reports for internal stakeholders. This position is ideal for a structured and analytical professional with five years of relevant experience, preferably holding ITIL, COBIT, or ServiceNow certifications, looking to make a significant impact on IT service excellence within the finance and insurance sector.
