Job Summary

This role is for a versatile Team Leader Floater at HBS Hausmeister & Bauservice GmbH, a Dresden-based family-owned company specializing in property maintenance since 1991. The successful candidate will independently handle special assignments and act as a substitute during team members' leave (vacation/sickness), overseeing property and green area maintenance, including building cleaning. The position also involves coordinating and executing larger projects with additional staff and performing winter services. Key requirements include a craft-related background, strong technical understanding, reliability, flexibility, resilience, and a friendly, independent work ethic.
