This role involves coordinating and advancing the digitalization efforts within the Building Authority of Kreis Steinburg, focusing on the implementation of the Online Access Act (OZG). The successful candidate will be instrumental in structuring digital collaboration with various public entities, optimizing internal digital processes, and proposing new software solutions. Key responsibilities include developing work aids, checklists, and forms to ensure consistent digital administrative practices, and contributing to the digitalization of building encumbrance inquiries. The position also requires acting as a substitute for the system administrator of specialized applications, observing and guiding further digital developments like AI and BIM. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a background in public administration or media informatics to contribute to significant digital transformation within a public sector environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Administrative Assistant or comparable qualification (e.g., Tax Clerk, Specialist for Labor Market Services, Social Security Specialist) with successful completion of Angestelltenprüfung II; OR a completed university degree (e.g., Diploma, Bachelor) in Public Administration/Management or Media Informatics and related fields.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT/EDP area
  • Experience with the Online Access Act (OZG) is beneficial
  • Experience in project management is beneficial

  • Willingness to participate in a relevant training course if Angestelltenprüfung II has not been completed. The position is fundamentally divisible (part-time possible).
