This role is for a Microtechnologist in Berlin, focusing on the production of semiconductor chips (dies). The successful candidate will operate machinery and systems for wafer singulation (backend) or various frontend processes like photolithography, plasma etching, anodic glass bonding, and bending plate structuring. A key part of the job involves conducting optical inspections of dies on screen, identifying defects using a fault catalog, and monitoring processes to initiate corrective actions when errors occur. Adherence to work instructions and quality standards is crucial. This position requires working in a 3-shift system under cleanroom conditions, making reliability, meticulousness, and a willingness to learn essential traits.
