Key responsibilities include managing cross-sectional topics for the entire department, acting as a specialist for personnel data, and actively participating in digitalization projects. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Public Administration (Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt/in (FH) / B.A. Public Administration) or equivalent civil service qualification (Laufbahnbefähigung der Laufbahngruppe 2, 1. Einstiegsamt der Fachrichtung Allgemeine Dienste), OR completed vocational training as an Administrative Assistant (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r) with a successfully completed 2nd Employee Examination (Verwaltungsfachwirt:/n), OR a university degree with a focus on Human Resources, Public Administration, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Experience in human resources management topics
  • Extensive knowledge of administrative law
  • Experience in youth welfare (preferred)
  • Leadership experience or demonstrated interest in leadership roles through relevant further training
