Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated 1st Level Support Service Desk Specialist who will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving and logging incidents and service requests in a ticket system, performing initial analysis and documentation, and coordinating escalation to higher-level support teams when necessary. The specialist will also maintain clear communication with users throughout the resolution process. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong IT affinity, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach. It offers an opportunity for continuous professional development within a well-established engineering and IT service provider.
Required Skills
Education
Completed technical education in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent experience for career changers.
