This role is for a dedicated Team Lead in Electrical Systems within a leading international food production company, part of the global OSI Group. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the highest technical availability of all production machinery and facilities at the Erkelenz plant. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading, training, and developing a team of electrical professionals, coordinating shifts, managing repair orders, and troubleshooting production and building systems to minimize downtime. The position requires a proactive individual who can coordinate external contractors, manage spare parts, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
