Job Summary

As a Senior Service Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT services for the German Armed Forces, contributing directly to their operational readiness. Your daily tasks will involve the tool-supported acceptance, analysis, and resolution of disruptions across PC, telephony, LAN, and WAN environments. You'll manage relocation orders, primarily in telephony and PC, and adhere to strict response and resolution times, providing on-site support to central operating units. This role also includes active participation in IT infrastructure development projects, executing second-level support, and meticulously documenting all activities. The position requires a strong IT background, experience in public sector environments, and excellent problem-solving skills, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to Germany's digital security within a large, complex IT infrastructure.
