Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Technician in Offenbach am Main, you will be the primary point of contact for hardware and software support within an industrial company. Your daily responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and documenting IT disturbances via a ticketing system, providing direct onsite support for Windows end-devices in an office environment, and analyzing and resolving various IT issues and inquiries. You will also be responsible for instructing users on software and hardware usage, as well as setting up, relocating, and re-establishing IT workstations. This role requires strong experience in onsite support, detailed knowledge of MS Windows and Office 365, and proficiency in client setup, personalization, and manual software installation.
