Job Summary
This role involves comprehensive support and development for the company's IT infrastructure, focusing on system integration and user support. You will be responsible for maintaining existing server and client environments, providing first-level IT support to employees, and leading the development and implementation of new hardware and software solutions. A key aspect of the role includes administrative tasks within ERP/CRM systems, assisting users with new digital processes, and developing and managing digital workflows on a Low-Code platform. Additionally, you will be involved in introducing and maintaining intranet solutions like ticketing systems and company wikis. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, and databases, with practical experience in administering ERP/CRM and ECM systems, and a strong understanding of digital transformation processes.

Education
Completed IT vocational training or further education; an IT degree is advantageous.
