Job Summary
The Amt für Statistik Berlin-Brandenburg (AfS), a public institution providing reliable data for the capital region, is seeking an IT Service Management Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and advancing IT sourcing strategies, including defining service relationships and optimizing service quality. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing, designing, and implementing IT services and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, building robust management reporting, and strategically planning modern IT architectures. You will also be responsible for managing external IT service providers, ensuring SLA/OLA compliance, and supporting the re-tendering of the central IT service provider. Required Skills
Education
University degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics) or equivalent skills and experience through several years of relevant professional activity.
