Job Summary

This role is for an organized and IT-savvy individual to support the Quality Systems department within a global chemical and pharmaceutical group. The primary focus will be assisting with the rollout of Veeva Vault, acting as a key contact for various departments, and managing the data transfer from TrackWise to Veeva Vault. Additionally, the IT Assistant will contribute to comprehensive document management tasks, including logbook, maintenance plan, and archive administration. The position offers an opportunity to work with complex innovations in a leading industry, providing a dynamic environment for someone with a background in pharmacy or biotechnology and experience in document management and IT system rollouts.
