Job Summary

This role involves leading a 4-person team responsible for constructing modules and control cabinets for custom-built, innovative test systems. These systems are designed for functional, electrical safety, or performance testing, including semiconductor testing and occasional integration of automation stations. The manager will oversee resource planning, including time and risk assessments, and ensure adherence to project deadlines. Key responsibilities also include guiding the team, supporting quality checks, system approvals, CE testing, and assisting with commissioning, both in-house and on-site. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering and extensive experience in control cabinet construction and/or measurement technology, coupled with strong communication and leadership skills.
