Job Summary
This role is for an HR Payroll & Administration Expert in Frankfurt, responsible for managing payroll processes through an external service provider and ensuring full compliance with internal and external regulations. The expert will handle a wide range of HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, parental leave, and other employee lifecycle events, all while maintaining meticulous documentation and adapting processes to new legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have a commercial background with HR qualifications, extensive experience in a similar role, and strong knowledge of German labor, tax, and social security law. This position offers an attractive salary, thorough onboarding, and the flexibility of two days of remote work per week.
