Job Summary

This role involves defining the product strategy for proprietary parts to boost revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction, considering technical, financial, and market factors. The Product Manager will analyze and monitor the availability of these parts, leading initiatives to improve supply while balancing customer satisfaction and financial aspects. Key responsibilities also include supporting sales and profitability, identifying deviations, and implementing countermeasures. The position requires leading and participating in cross-functional and international projects to advance the proprietary parts product line, collaborating with various departments like customer service, engineering, marketing, procurement, sales, finance, and supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a background in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, or supply chain/logistics, with professional experience in customer service, aerospace, project management, and supply chain/logistics.
