Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field. Extensive professional experience and additional qualifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience

  • Many years of proven experience in implementing large-scale, cross-functional digitalization or transformation projects within communication or marketing functions
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in managing external service providers
  • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders across various regions and business units
  • Fundamental knowledge of data protection, web security, and accessibility
  • Knowledge of communication requirements in regulated industries (healthcare, medical technology, or life science industry experience is a plus)
