Job Summary

This role is for a Technical Specialist in Fault Management focusing on e-mobility solutions in Munich. The specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end fault management of charging infrastructure, including monitoring, analysis, and resolution of disruptions. Key responsibilities involve processing customer inquiries, coordinating with manufacturers and suppliers for timely fault resolution, and preparing detailed fault reports. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, or industrial engineering, with a strong understanding of technical systems and ideally some experience in e-mobility or technical service.
