Job Summary
This PhD position at the Leibniz-Institut für Analytische Wissenschaften (ISAS) in Dortmund offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge health research, specifically focusing on the prediction of metabolic activity in complex microbial communities. Required Skills
Education
Master's, Diploma or equivalent degree in Bioinformatics or similar
Experience
- Experience in modeling using Python, MATLAB or similar
- Basic programming skills
- Willingness to spend several months at other institutions (international secondments)
- Must not have resided or carried out main activity in Germany for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately prior to recruitment
