The OT Service Delivery Manager will ensure the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in the Operational Technology (OT) environment. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive service offerings, configuring hardware, conducting employee training, and implementing plant interfaces for optimal production efficiency. The role acts as a liaison between production sites, local OT resources, and global IT, overseeing service and support processes, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and integrating MES solutions into existing IT/OT landscapes. The manager will also analyze internal and external requirements, maintain documentation, ensure cybersecurity compliance, and support MES system rollouts and upgrades, contributing to a culture of innovation in science and technology.
