Job Summary

As a Laboratory Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational readiness and cleanliness of a laboratory environment. Your daily tasks will involve sterilizing and cleaning laboratory glassware and equipment, ensuring a constant supply of clean utensils for the production team. You will be responsible for disposing of autoclaved waste and meticulously cleaning sterile workstations, incubators, and water baths. Additionally, you will assist in preparing buffer solutions for upstream production and conducting daily cleaning checks. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills, who is comfortable working in a team and can manage their time effectively. The role also includes maintaining the cleanliness of the cafeteria area.
