Job Summary

This challenging and versatile role involves leading a 6-person Abacus Service Desk team for a leading IT and consulting firm based in Zurich. You will be responsible for the professional and efficient delivery of application support, including handling complex inquiries and managing escalations. A core part of your duties involves developing support processes and tools, analyzing reports for quality assurance, and fostering the growth of your team members. Success requires established experience in Abacus application support and either prior leadership experience or strong motivation to step into a managerial role. Required Skills

Education

Experience
