Job Summary
This role is a challenging interface position, bridging finance and accounting with the existing automation and development team. The specialist will identify, evaluate, and support automation needs within the commercial sector, developing innovative digital solutions, especially using RPA technologies, to actively shape digitalization in finance and accounting. Key responsibilities include analyzing existing finance and accounting processes, supporting sustainable optimization through automation, coordinating the implementation of automated solutions, and independently developing smaller RPA scripts. The ideal candidate will document solutions, train users, and ensure smooth operational transitions. Required Skills
Education
University degree in (Business) Informatics, Economics with an IT focus, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT-supported accounting and process digitalization
- Experience with common RPA technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath)
- Practical programming knowledge preferred
