Job Summary
This role involves independently assessing corporate events and non-cash benefits like company cars or employee discounts from a tax and social security perspective. The specialist will also support payroll tax audits and implement findings, provide expert advice to clients on payroll tax issues, and meticulously prepare and review payroll tax reports and certificates. A key aspect of the position is identifying optimization potential to further develop internal processes related to payroll tax and non-cash benefits. Collaboration with tax authorities and social security institutions is also part of the diverse responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a background as a tax clerk or equivalent, strong knowledge of payroll tax law, especially in non-cash benefits, and proficiency with SAP-Payroll and Office applications. Analytical thinking, meticulous work, strong communication, and advisory skills are essential for client interaction and teamwork.
