Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive IT cost management, including budget planning, regular reporting, forecasting, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. A key responsibility is the administration and optimization of IT contract and license management, specifically for SAP and Microsoft, and managing cloud expenditures (FinOps) in collaboration with procurement. The position also supports IT projects through economic feasibility studies, cost control, and project controlling, and handles cost center accounting. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business administration or IT, with several years of experience in controlling, preferably with a focus on IT and license management. Experience with IT service management frameworks like ITIL, project management (PMP, PRINCE2), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Financial Operations (FinOps) is a plus. Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and proficiency with controlling and reporting tools are essential.
