Job Summary
This role involves the independent financial budget monitoring and reconciliation of actual and planned costs for the "GROWTH" project, funded by the BMBF's Innovative University initiative. The successful candidate will manage correspondence with project stakeholders, coordinate with sub-project leads regarding project funds, prepare necessary interim and usage reports, and handle annual budget planning. Key requirements include a vocational degree in administration or business, basic financial accounting knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in controlling and SAP is desirable. This is a part-time, fixed-term position within the Research, Cooperation, and Third-Party Funding division, offering an opportunity to contribute to innovative science communication and regional development.
Required Skills
Education
Vocational degree in administration or business (e.g., Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, Industrial Clerk) or a degree as a Tax Assistant.
