Job Summary

This dual-role position offers a unique opportunity to blend strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise within an industrial environment. As the IT Infrastructure Team Lead (50%), you will assume strategic and operational responsibility for the entire IT infrastructure, leading and developing a team of eight employees. Key leadership tasks include project planning (covering network, server, cloud, and security), budget management, ensuring IT security and scalability, and acting as the primary interface between internal departments and external service providers. In your System Engineer capacity (50%), you will be crucial in operating, maintaining, and evolving the server and network landscape. This involves managing complex Microsoft environments (AD, Exchange, M365, Azure), virtualization technologies like VMware, and handling storage and backup management. You will also provide 2nd/3rd level support and participate in system updates and migrations. This role requires a completed degree in Informatics and proven leadership experience alongside deep technical knowledge.
