Job Summary

As a Technical Trainer, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering engaging training programs for customers and employees, both on-site in Heusenstamm and at customer locations across Germany, as well as online. You will independently create training materials, evolve existing training and educational concepts, including e-learning, and collaborate with specialist departments to implement new training requirements. This role requires a high degree of customer and service orientation, strong didactic and rhetorical skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse target groups. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering or a related technical field, professional experience in service, maintenance, robotics, or automation, and a passion for teaching complex technical concepts.
