Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive management and technical oversight of power grid operations within a leading energy company in Southwest North Rhine-Westphalia. The successful candidate will plan and supervise technical projects related to grid and plant construction, coordinate all power grid activities, and manage fault analysis and resolution. A key aspect of the position is contributing to the digitalization and modernization of power supply networks and implementing energy transition measures. The role also includes ensuring plant safety and availability, performing maintenance, and overseeing network monitoring. This position requires strong technical expertise in electrical engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and instruct personnel, while also participating in on-call duty.
