Job Summary
This role is for an Electrical Engineering Professional to join the Bielefeld branch of the Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW (BLB NRW), one of Europe's largest real estate portfolio managers. You will be a key member of an interdisciplinary project team, providing electrical engineering expertise for federal construction projects, including military facilities, police buildings, and educational institutions. Responsibilities include contributing to feasibility studies, planning, procurement, and managing external engineering firms. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree (Diplom/Master/Bachelor) in Electrical Engineering or Energy and Building Technology, or a comparable field. Alternatively, a successfully completed certification as a state-certified technician or master in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in planning and realizing electrical systems in building construction projects, either as a planning engineer or client representative (ideally several years)
- At least six years of relevant professional experience in an engineering-like capacity (if qualifying with a technician/master's degree)

- Willingness and ability to drive a company car. Willingness to undergo a security clearance (Ü1 to Ü3) according to the Security Clearance Act NRW. Eligibility for security clearance.
