Job Summary
As an ERP Coordinator for IT Processes & Organization, you will be instrumental in the smooth implementation of a new ERP system across various branch offices in the Southwest region of Germany (Hesse, Saarland & Rhineland-Palatinate). Your daily tasks will involve traveling to different locations, training colleagues on the new disposition and billing system, and analyzing existing processes to identify areas for improvement. You will act as a key driver for modern and efficient IT and departmental projects, providing technical understanding and innovative ideas that directly influence the central organization and development team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving, is comfortable with regional travel, and thrives in a dynamic environment where they can actively shape and optimize operational workflows.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training and/or university degree in Logistics, IT, or Technology
Experience
- Professional experience in process design within a logistics company
- Ideally, experience in the waste management and disposal industry
- Initial experience in technical IT and Business Intelligence (BI)
