Job Summary

This role involves hands-on maintenance, service, and troubleshooting of power electronics products. The Service Technician will independently manage service orders, identify damages, and plan and prioritize repair and service work. A key aspect of the role is direct customer interaction, providing technical support and advising on spare and wear parts. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or electronics, with practical experience in repairing and maintaining electrical components and systems. The position requires strong customer and service orientation, proficiency with modern technical measuring devices, and good IT skills, including MS Office and English.
