Job Summary
This role involves overseeing and ensuring robust error management activities for eMobility charging infrastructure, including comprehensive monitoring. The manager will handle customer inquiries within a case management system, meticulously recording, analyzing, assigning, and tracking charging station malfunctions, coordinating timely resolutions with suppliers and manufacturers. A key aspect is managing communication with affected customers and stakeholders, defining maintenance activities, and generating error reports. This position is ideal for a technically proficient individual with strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a desire to contribute to a new business area within the eMobility sector, offering a blend of technical analysis and stakeholder management.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in a technical or electrical engineering field, or completed training as an electrical technician, potentially with a master craftsman certificate.
Experience
- Professional experience in eMobility or service environment (advantageous)
- Experience in technical analysis
- Understanding of error management processes

- This is a fixed-term contract from August 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026, with an option for extension. The role requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the office at locations in Munich, Essen, or Berlin, with remote work also possible.
