Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician specializing in onsite support, you will be instrumental in delivering critical IT services directly to clients. Your daily responsibilities will include providing comprehensive support for Windows clients, printers, and network/telecommunication systems, managing IT support tasks based on various ticket types (B/F, IMAC, H+E), and handling specific project assignments. You will also be the first point of contact for incoming calls, responsible for logging and assigning incident tickets. This role requires a strong background in IT, proficiency with current Windows and iOS operating systems, hardware, mobile devices, and ticketing systems. Required Skills

Education

Vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician) or comparable vocational training and professional experience in this field.
