Job Summary

This role involves conducting a variety of destructive and non-destructive tests on metallic materials. Key responsibilities include performing crack detection using methods like MT, ET, UT, and PT, as well as hardness tests (Brinell, Vickers, Rockwell) and spectral analyses. The successful candidate will also be responsible for notch impact bending tests and tensile tests, including the preparation of test samples. Analyzing technical cleanliness, evaluating microstructures, and creating and assessing polished sections are also part of the daily tasks. A crucial aspect of the role is the evaluation of test results and the creation of detailed test reports, alongside direct customer contact for coordinating test orders and contributing to continuous process improvement.
