As a Telecommunications Service Technician, you will be the go-to expert for all aspects of telephone systems, from traditional setups to modern VoIP solutions. Your daily tasks will involve installing, programming, and maintaining telecommunication systems from various manufacturers, providing both on-site and remote support to clients. This role requires a strong background in information electronics, IT system electronics, or electrical engineering, coupled with significant experience in both classic and VoIP telephone systems. Ideal candidates will have practical experience with Mitel and/or Unify OpenScape, alongside solid knowledge of network technologies.
