Job Summary
This four-year doctoral project at Forschungszentrum Jülich offers a unique opportunity for a motivated physicist or engineer to contribute to cutting-edge research in structural DNA nanotechnology. The successful candidate will combine numerical models, experiments, and artificial intelligence to design complex DNA nanoconstructs, aiming to build an AI-based digital twin that predicts DNA structures. Day-to-day tasks include running numerical simulations for training data, developing transformer-like AI models, and validating these models through experiments.
