Required Skills
Education
Civil service qualification for career group 2, first entry-level position, or completed administrative course II. Alternatively, a Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Business/Public Administration, Digital Management Solutions, (Business) Informatics, or Engineering in IT.
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role developing and implementing digital projects
- Proven track record in leading digital transformation projects
- Experience as a leader/project manager in digital projects (desirable)
- Experience in organizational development and associated technical solutions
- Experience in municipal administration (ideal)
