Job Summary

As a Senior Compliance Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards within a leading pharmaceutical company. Your core responsibilities will involve independently managing and investigating discrepancies, including deviations and Out of Expectation/Specification (OOX) events, acting as a Lead Investigator. You will also lead and participate in cross-operational and cross-divisional compliance projects. A key part of your role will be independently addressing various GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) issues across the focused factory, such as conducting risk analyses and organizing GMP training. This position offers an attractive hybrid work model, allowing for 2-3 days of remote work per week after an initial on-site onboarding period. You will present deviations and OOX findings in English during client meetings, audits, and inspections, requiring strong communication skills and a deep understanding of GMP.
