Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive IT support and system administration for users, focusing on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software solutions. The specialist will be responsible for administering Windows servers, clients, and Microsoft 365 environments, managing user accounts, access rights, and IT security policies. Key responsibilities also include troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues, documenting IT processes, and contributing to IT projects and new system implementations. The ideal candidate will have a vocational degree in system integration or equivalent, coupled with initial to several years of experience in IT support or system administration, strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and network technologies, and excellent German and good English skills.
