Job Summary

This role is for an IT Professional or System Administrator passionate about IT infrastructure, high-availability solutions, and current IT trends. The successful candidate will be responsible for the professional planning and setup of IT infrastructure, general server and network administration, and providing 2nd and 3rd-level support. Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and administering Microsoft server environments (including high-availability setups), managing Microsoft 365 cloud solutions, and maintaining messaging and collaboration environments with MS Exchange. The position also involves operating network infrastructure (routers, switches, load balancers), implementing virtualization with Proxmox and VMware, and supporting network migrations. Mobile device administration and detailed project documentation are also part of the daily tasks. The ideal candidate will be analytical, structured, and customer-focused, with a proactive and flexible approach.
