Job Summary
This role involves supporting the implementation of sub-projects within the massive 810 million Euro Katharinenhospital new construction project, acting as a representative for the client. The successful candidate will assist with process and project management tasks, facilitate communication between planners, engineers, project controllers, and contractors, and help manage sub-projects across all phases of the HOAI (German Fee Schedule for Architects and Engineers), including planning, tendering, negotiation, award, construction, quality assurance, and cost control. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in architecture or civil engineering, offering a chance to contribute to one of Stuttgart's largest construction endeavors within a supportive team environment.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable field
Experience
- Professional experience in planning and executing construction projects
