Job Summary

This role involves taking on significant responsibility as the (Senior) Project Manager for large-scale national and international retail, event, and exhibition construction projects across Europe, the USA, and Asia. You will act as the single point of contact and Account Manager for high-profile clients across various sectors. Daily tasks include advising clients, developing concept presentations, creating detailed project plans and calculations, and coordinating the procurement of necessary materials. A key focus is managing project budgets, overseeing quality control, and optimizing cost-efficiency throughout all project phases, from initial inquiry to final completion. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in optimizing internal, cross-departmental processes, leveraging your extensive industry experience. Required Skills

Education

Technical education (e.g., Wood Construction) or construction-related education (e.g., Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design), ideally supplemented by further training in Business Administration or Project Management.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as a Project Manager in exhibition, event, and/or retail construction.
  • Experience gained ideally within an internationally operating company.
  • Proven expertise in project management and customer consulting.
  • Initial leadership experience (e.g., leading project teams).
