As the Head of Production Department, you will be responsible for the planning, control, and monitoring of production processes, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and efficiency within the mixing and grinding department. This includes the technical and disciplinary leadership, development, and deployment planning of production staff in a shift operation. You will ensure smooth, timely, and quality-compliant production, optimize resource utilization, and support new product introductions from inquiry to series production. The role also involves continuous process improvement, maintenance coordination, and the research and implementation of new technologies.
